The Story Guy - Mary Ann Rivers I really liked parts of this story. The premise was interesting and the writing is mostly good, minus some stretches of try-hard. Way too much is left out of the story so that long, unsexy sex scenes can take center stage, though, and the main character is the least interesting person in the book. I still roll my eyes when I remember her lame tattoo.

It took me about a week to finish this novella. I feel like the author could have fleshed the story out into a compelling women's fiction, but as a romance this one doesn't work for me.
